Assam violence: What led to Bodoland blood bath....

Once again Assam remained witness to mindless violence and killing. In the past 24 hours, no less than 75 people are dead. Was this a mere militant attack to retaliate counter insurgency operation of security forces or is it the beginning of a larger political game where innocents are pawns?
