INVITE TO AN INFORMAL DISCUSSION WITH A DELEGATION FROM KOKRAJHAR, ASSAM
A 25 member team from Kokrajhar, Assam is visiting Delhi under the banner of BTAD Citizen's Rights Forum.
They want to share with Delhi civil society, activists and intellectuals the present situation in Assam and the total government apathy towards the displaced, discrimination faced by them and being targeted as Bangladeshis.
We are facilitating an informal interaction on January 17, 2013 from 3.30pm Deputy Chairman Hall, Constitution Club, Rafi Marg, New Delhi.
The intention is to understand the ground reality and the problem and look at the possibilities of intervention.
We are sending the invite to some friends from media also but this is Not a formal press conference.
