UP: Five boys booked for beating another child to death
AGRA: A 12-year-old Dalit boy was allegedly beaten to death by five children of the same village for touching the balloons decorated at Chamanda temple in Nadroi village, Aligarh on the occasion of Janmashtami.
A case has been registered against five minor children on Tuesday under section 304 A (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of IPC and SC/ST act.
SP (crime) Ashutosh Dwivedi said that the matter is being investigated. He said though the post mortem has been conducted, the report is yet to come. [. . .]
