India: No half-hearted secularism pls ! after stopping Haj subsidy the state should stop all spending on religion

Excellent move! Now true 'secularism' would be that with immediate effect Govt should stop organising and spending money on Kumbh Melas and Yatras - Mansarovar, Amarnath etc.
Also why a 'secular' Govt buy Gita from state money ?
