Why is Madhu Kishwar Maligning Mansi Soni – Investigate the Stalker

As reported by NewsRoomPost.com, when Madhu Kishwar, a self-acclaimed women’s activist and a staunch supporter of Modi, was asked by NewsRoomPost to react to the Gulail-CobraPost exposé regarding the stalking of ‘Madhuri’ (Mansi Soni) by the Anti-Terrorist Squad of Gujarat under the instruction of Amit Shah, she responded by posing the following query:

What is the charge? Why were they doing this surveillance? At least this much should be clear. Was it that she was involved with a terror group? You better find this out as that’s important. Please, find out whether she was another Ishrat Jahan, and if she was another Ishrat Jahan, she should be having surveillance

Women celebrities who masquerade as activist in BJP have absolutely no qualms of maligning any women in order to defend their leaders and more particularly Mr Narendra Modi. After the fake encounter of Ishrat was exposed in it’s totality, BJP had made every effort to portray her as a terrorist and demonize her. In fact the spokeswoman of BJP, Meenakshi Lekhi, even went to the extent of questioning the character of Ishrat by asserting that – “here was a girl travelling with men unrelated to her“.

Ms Madhu Kishwar is a very well informed journalist, and she is fully aware of BJP’s line of demonizing Ishrat as a terrorist. By posing a query as to whether the girl ‘Madhuri’ was a terrorist like Ishrat Jahan, Madhu Kishwar was intentionally trying to demonize Madhuri.

Is the BJP trying to create another line of defence for Mr Modi by dubbing ‘Madhuri’ as a terrorist to justify the stalking of the girl by Gujarat’s Anti Terrorist Squad after realizing that the defence of the father of the girl, Pranlal Soni, in explaining the stalking of his daughter had failed to convince the nation altogether.

The BJP’s spokeswoman Ms Lekhi’s stand before the news media on 17th November 2013, responding to the demand of Congress for a holding an independent investigation into the stalking, appeared both flustered and demagogic. Her counter-charge that Congress should prove the authenticity of the tape is quite irrelevant since the tape has been officially submitted along with the charge-sheet by CBI firstly before the High Court of Gujarat and thereafter before Special CBI Court in Ahmedabad. Truth of Gujarat has already posted the copy of the panchnama (can be seen at the bottom of this post) by which the tape was produced. Under the law, all the accused officers including their lawyers have had access to the charge-sheet papers along with all its annexures which includes the tape and in the past four and a half months, no one has raised any doubt or question about the tape.

BJP must therefore not malign another woman to save their Prime Ministerial Candidate Narendra Modi who if proven guilty of directing the illegal stalking of Mansi Soni should forthwith lose all his political and moral right to claim any position in the public domain including the Chief Minister-ship of Gujarat and be punished as well.
