In Indore, on 24th October, 2013, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi while blaming “vested political interest” for Muzaffarnagar riots in Uttar Pradesh claimed that Pakistan’s ISI was trying to recruit disgruntled riot-affected youngsters to carry out its nefarious designs. Blaming the Bharatiya Janata Party for the riots in Muzaffarnagar, Rahul claimed that intelligence inputs have revealed that some ISI agents were in touch with riot victims.
Rahul’s speech expressing his anxiety that due to the Muzaffarnagar riots, the ISI agents were getting in touch with the riot victims and were trying to recruit the affected youngster is hardly an original piece of speech! The copyright for this “riot affected speech” ought to go firstly to one Minister of Modi Government Shri Bharat Barot. The next credit should go to Police Inspector JG Parmar who scripted it in an official FIR in the Sadik Jamal fake encounter case.
