In a bid to create a distinct identity in the city, like that of the Indian Youth Congress, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has convened a youth conference in Delhi on Sunday.
To make itself a relevant and an effective body, and not just complementary to the main unit, BJYM will test its strength during the meet, "Youth for change 2013", on Sunday.
