Dear Friends and Comrades,

Greetings from NAPM Karnataka!

NAPM Karnataka is happy to invite you to a conference on the theme of "Human Rights in the context of Terrorism and Communalism". A few Human Rights Activists/thinkers are going to speak on the theme. This conference is organized in the context of growing communalism and Hindutva fascism and attack on the minorities in Karnataka and elsewhere in the country , and labeling many Human Rights Activists as Terrorists and Naxalites. The State's role in suppressing the voice of the poor and the voice of human rights activists needs to be discussed by the civil society and the human rights activists.

Swami Agnivesh will be one of the guests at this conference and respondent. National Convenor of NAPM, Chennaiah from Andhra Pradesh will also speak on the occasion.

Please confirm your participation with an email to
napmkarnataka@yahoo.com or with a phone call to Sr. Celia (9945716052), Balakrishnan (080-23392354).
