Failures of Reconciliation in Gujarat
No authentic reconciliation is possible unless it is based on
four components: (i) acknowledgement, (ii) remorse,
(iii)reparation, and (iv) justice. None of these have taken
place in Gujarat afterthe 2002 pogrom.
