India: google search lists a national commission of minorities hosted document that mispells the name of Asghar Ali Engineer

[while googling, I just found a PDF file listed as hosted on India's official National Commission of Minorities website with a wrongly spelt name for one of India's leading campaigners against communal politics. Hopefully google with correct this if the NCM blokes contact them -- see below]
