'Illiterate' Muslims bearing more children: Tarun Gogoi. It is pity that the national commission of minorities (NCM) cant file a law suit against the chief minister of Assam. The NCM would set up a great precedent if it were to take the legal route to challenge communal propaganda when coming from elected officials.
